Returns Information

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products being both personalised, and handmade, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds on any of our items.

We do, however, want to make sure that every customer has a fantastic purchasing experience and is thoroughly happy with their item/s.

Should you experience an issue with your item/s we encourage you to contact us as quickly as possible. In the hopefully very unfortunate case of an issue, you have 14 days from the point of purchase to report any concerns of faults of inaccuracies with your purchase.

Order Cancellations & Amendments

If you wish to request any changes to your order, these must be requested within 24 hours of your order being processed. After this time your order may have moved into processing. We will always try and accommodate any changes – however if you contact outside of 24 hours of the order for an amendment and your order has started to be processed – unfortunately we will be unable to make any changes. This is because material will already have been used to prepare the artwork for your order.

If you wish to request a cancellation on your order for any reason, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this time has passed your order will have moved to being processed and cannot be cancelled. This is due to the items being made to order, and materials may already be invested into your order after 24 hours has passed.

Faults or Incorrect Item

As above, if you experience an issue with a fault or your item/s being incorrect – you must contact us within 14 days of your order being placed. We encourage you to provide as much evidence as possible such as a photograph of the issue or inaccuracy to help is with resolution.

Where this is reported, we will review the circumstances and look to provide a resolution within 24-48 hours.

Where a replacement is agreed a returns address will be provided, unfortunately however we cannot offer free returns.

Returns Costs

In the event that you contact us and we require the item to be returned, we’re sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns. Returns must be made at your own cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any of our items.
