The t-shirt was great quality however not as I had requested. When I queried this I was told that it didn’t state it was a birthday top just a personalised one therefore no substitute would be given. I feel like this should be more noticeable on the website or when the personalisation was seen on the order, an email should have been sent to advise this so that it was done before sending
